The item itself was well packed in a foam box, so I have no issue with the packaging. My problem is with how it was presented. The listing clearly gives the impression of a Japanese product, but it was shipped from Guangdong, China, with no Japanese packaging or instructions whatsoever. I chose this seller specifically because of the Japanese-style branding and product photos. What arrived feels like a completely different product — not what I was expecting at all. This is misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to trade off the image of Japanese quality without actually delivering it.
